The Inner Spirit of Rajadhiraja Yoga

The tradition of Rajadhira’ja Yoga (RRY) began with the seminal yogic contributions of legendary Sadashiva about 7000 years ago. However, scores of rs’is (seers), muniis (scholars), yogis & tantriks (practitioners of subtle science of transcendence), bhaktas (followers of the cult of love & heart for Divine) and others have nurtured & enriched this tradition by their penances & introspective research.

Cult of Rajadhiraja Yoga

The lessons of Rajadhiraja Yoga , if done perfectly, can lead a person to Savikalpa Samadhi. This Savikalpa Samadhi is Brahma-jinana. Each of the lessons of sahaja marga of Rajadhiraja Yoga as devised by Shrii Shrii Anandamurtiiji contribute towards the same spiritual goal. However, at the heart of these lessons is the endeavour to cultivate kevala'-bhakti (devotion) or shuddha'-bhakti or raga'tmika'-bhakti.

Rajadhiraja Yoga

There's a story that when the cockroach sees another insect trying to attack it, it becomes so mortified with fright that the image of that insect freezes in its mind. Due to the intense ideation of the form of its enemy, the enemy actually sees the cockroach as one of its own kind. In other words, the vibration emanating from the cockroach's mind influences its enemy's mind into thinking that it is a member of its own species. Thus the cockroach is saved from death, since the insect will not attack one of its own kind.

On Initiation in Rajadhiraja & Tantra Yoga

How does the urge for spiritual development, the urge to be free from sam'sa'ra (world of opposites), the urge to know God, arise?

Human beings, especially in youth, have a deep need to explore both the external and internal world with no particular purpose other than to soak up different experiences and vibrations through the gateways of the senses. This exploration may go on for quite some time. Sooner or later, in a year or in a few lifetimes, we tire of this exploration.
