Role of Hebenulla Nuclei
In neuro-anatomy, a nucleus is a CNS structure that is composed mainly of gray matter, and which acts as a hub or transit point for electrical signals in a simple neural subsystem. The term Hebenula originally denoted the stalk of the pineal gland, but gradually has come to refer to a neighbouring group of nerve cells in the brain with which pineal gland is believed to be associated.
Five fundamental factors in human body – the subtle yogic anatomy
There is very little difference between the body a moment before and a moment after death from a purely physical point of view. Yet, however, the common sense tells us that the former is still alive, though even vaguely, and the latter is death. There is a life element in all living organisms that keeps the physical matter alive and organised. This life element is called the etheric body in the theosophical and anthroposophical literature. It is a collection of finer layers of matter and governs the organisation of the physical body.
