 <description>The first archaeological evidence of yoga&amp;#39;s existence is found in stone seals excavated from the Indus Valley (now in Pakistan). These seals depict yoga postures, primarily seated meditation positions. They date back to 2,500 BCE and link yoga to the Indus-Sarasvati civilization. One seal shows a person in a seated meditation posture with an erect penis pointing upwards.
