Namaskar, I was wondering whether anyone had any insights on the subject title. - What is the proper way of holding the foot? - Where should pressure fall? - Does it make a difference whether the foot is perpendicular to the floor or not? - Should there be maximum stretch in feet muscles? - Can any malformations result from holding the foot improperly? If so, how can these malformations be counteracted, where one has supposedly been holding the foot incorrectly for many years? Amitabh
